Our satisfaction guarantee
Every VANA product is backed by a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, even if the bottle is opened and partially used.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@vana.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Our team will send you a prepaid return label and step-by-step instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refund timeline
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Prefer a different product? We're happy to help you exchange your item for another of equal value. Reach out to our team and we'll coordinate the swap and cover standard shipping on your replacement.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement right away at no cost to you.
